Hon. Minister Nardevi Pun Magar launched Nepali Text to Speech Software. The software aims to provide learning access to visually impaired students and professionals. She also handed over the learning materials to the school representative in this ceremony. This program was organized by Government of Province, Ministry of Education, Culture, Science-Technology & Social Development.
